If you need transportation for a private function, consider a Saskatoon Transit Charter. Charter a bus by contacting Saskatoon Transit Charters Office by phone, fax or email. Please give us at least three business days to co-ordinate your charter.
We finalize all Charter bookings in writing. Charter Bus details will be confirmed by you and Saskatoon Transit. We cannot plan and dispatch the bus if the trip details are not finalized and confirmed.
Saskatoon Transit Charters Office is open Monday to Friday, 8:09 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We will respond to emails and faxes within two business days. Please phone our office if you have received no response after the two business days.

The rates above are per hour. Each one-way trip is charged a minimum of 1 hour. Additional time is billed per minute.
We do not charge you for the time needed for the bus to travel from the garage to the pick-up location. Our time starts from the agreed pick-up time or when the bus arrives at the pick-up location, whichever is later. You will not be charged for any time spent waiting for the bus if the bus is late.
Regular Rate Hours
- Weekdays, 9:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Peak & Weekend Rate Hours
- Weekdays: 5:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m., 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to midnight
- Weekends: 5:30 a.m. to midnight
Service is not available during peak hours from September 7 to December 3 and from January 4 to April 1. Peak times are Monday to Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Late Night & Holiday Rate Hours
- Weekdays: Midnight to 5:30 a.m.
- Weekends: Midnight to 5:30 a.m.
- All Day on Statutory Holidays
Standby time is charged when bus is waiting for the customer after the agreed upon pick-up time.
Late cancellation charges are applied if the trip was dispatched. If you need to cancel a charter please cancel before 9:00 a.m. the day before the trip.
Supervisors may be needed, at our discretion, when a large number of buses are chartered.
Parking meters can be bagged and reserved to accommodate charter buses. Please inquire for charges associated with this service.
Pub crawls are subject to a $1000.00 damage deposit and customers must arrange for adequate supervision.Other Notes
You will be charged for any damage to buses, seats, or other Transit property that occurs during a charter trip. Charter service may not be available at all times of day. In case of emergency conditions, we reserve the right to cancel any charter service.
