Saskatoon Transit and Access Transit are experiencing phoneline disruptions due to a widespread and known Microsoft system outage.
Access Transit
- Cannot receive incoming phone calls. Outgoing calls have not been affected.
- Customers can connect with the Access Transit team via email (accesstransit@saskatoon.ca ).
Transit
- Cannot receive incoming phone calls.
- Realtime bus locations are unavailable.
- Service alerts cannot be pushed to the app.
